Pivot Shoe ID

Question

Looking for an identification on this. It does not look like the ones listed. There is a metal piece with hooks to go around the pin on these. The channel opening is roughly 1" to 1 1/4" wide and ~1/2" deep. THe sash is 20lbs and the end of the spiral tilt balance is blue.

I think our 15-046 could be used as a replacement for this pivot shoe. Yours is an older style no longer made, but assuming your dimensions match up to ours I think it's a good place to start.
