Thanks all- looking for a replacement for this broken piece which I believe is a pivot shoe lock.
the make/model info I could find on the window: SERIES: 0350 ES / 03A0 ES SH,

Hey there. This looks like the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
