Pivot Shoe Replacement

A home owner from Pawtucket says:
Good day,

I am trying to replace the Pivot Shoe in the attached picture. I detached the Spiral Balance ( 22" long tube ) and removed the Pivot Shoe from the window channel. The picture shows the basic measurements of the Shoe and the diameter of the circular window seat. This window is 20 years old and has no Manufacturer information, only a Manufacturer's Compliance Stipulation which reads NFRC 100, Code: AWP, Spec: NFRC, Series: E Series DH, MST 4060, Certified: AMP-M-009,

Do you need any other measurements or information. The channel has a 1/2" opening for the shoe to slide up and down, the shoe being 1-4/16th wide.

Hello! This information is perfect, thank you. I recommend our 15-046; this is also 1/2" thick and is designed to work with spiral balances. I'm confident that it will replace your pivot shoe according to your specs.
