Hello,
We have Crystal Double Hung windows built sometime around 2000 -2003.The sliding mechanism is pictured in IMG_0718, the end of the balance and the pivot shoe. I removed the pivot shoe and cleaned it up, IMG_0725. The dimensions of the pivot shoe are 2.125=H, 1.250=W, 0.625=D. Looking at your parts list, two different pivot shoes are very close but neither is an exact match. Your part 15-047 is the same W and D, but H is .125 shorter than mine. However, the turning mechanism opening matches, particularly the tooth. The only difference I can see is the 2.125=H compared to the 2.00=H on your part 15-047. My thought is as long as the D and W are the same the 15-047 should slide in the track properly. also the Pivot Bar in my image IMG_0729 closely resembles the pivot bar 26-040 shown as a related item to 15-047
You also carry a part 15-187 having the same dimensions as my pivot shoe. However, it doesn't use the same pivot bar.
Also, it doesn't have the tooth in the green colored turning mechanism that would help hold my pivot bar in place preventing it from spinning.
I took a close look at the clearance from the bottom of the metal balance where it slips into it's pivot shoe space or opening. On my pivot shoe there is about .250 clearance to where it would bottom out. So,even the space was.125 shorter it should still fit. And if I had to I could make it fit cutting off whats neccessary with a Metabo blade.
So, looking at my pics and reading my explanation do you think your pivot shoe 15-047 will work? Or do you have an exact match?
Thanks,
Edmond
