Pivot Shoe Replacement Question

A quick learner from USA says:
I am trying to fix my windows and I purchased a few pivot shoes (#15-118) that are the right size but don't seem to be working properly. After I put the window back into place the pivot shoe seems to remain somewhat locked and it is extremely difficult to open and close the window. I have tried adjusting the tension with a charging tool but the problem persists. Perhaps I am buying the wrong product. I am attaching a picture of the old pivot shoe in the hopes that you can help me buy the correct pivot shoe (the dimensions are 2 1/8" height, 9/16" width and 1 1/4" length).
Thank you so much.

I believe our 15-046 might be a better shoe for your window. Being that it is 1/2" thick, it might slide easier in your window track. What do you think?
