Bil-Ray Sears - 2300 double hung windows, order #148,970, lot# 57,349, need balance shoe and balance assembly springs

Hi,

I purchased windows from Bil Ray Aluminum Sliding contracted by Sears 15 years ago and they went out of business. I will like to know if you can assist me with the parts I need. I need balance shoes and balance assemblies, model number 2300 double sliding hang, 23.2 pounds and 15 pounds windows. I also noticed that one of the hooks from the window is broken. I have attached all the photos for you review. Pleas let me know if you have the parts I need to purchase. Hoping to hear from you soon.

This loks like an older version of our Series 140 Coil Balance systems. Look them over and see if you agree. Based on the stamps on your old coil balance covers, it appears you need the S140-7, a pair of which will support 13 through 14.99 lbs of sash weight; for the balance cover stamped 11 you need the S140-11, a pair of which will carry 21 through 22.99 lbs of sash weight. You may want to double-check the weight of your window sashes to see they fall in these ranges. Let me know what you find.
