Pivot Shoe & Pivot Shoe Slot Part for Atrium Window

A handy person from Crossvilld, TN says:
I have Atrium windows. In the picture, the shoe on the right labeled "B" was the original part in the window. The shoe labeled "A" on the left is what the local supplier got for me from Atrium. Evidently, that is what Atrium currently uses now and my windows were built in 2005. The issue with that is that even though they measure about the same the window is very hard to open and close. I can't see how the shoe would affect that as the shoe does not move.

Because of the way the slot for the is constructed in the "A" part I cant get the part shown between the two shoes in the picture in the slot. In the part labeled "B" that part just falls into place.

The shoe measures 1.24 wide, 2.00 tall and.530 thick.

I am in need of shoes like in the "B" photo and the die-cast part between them. Can you furnish them both?

Hi there- thanks so much for posting!

We do have a pivot shoe that looks like yours, and that is our 15-129. The thickness is 9/16", but you can file down the bumps to make it thinner if you need to. The pivot bar might be our 26-403. Please carefully compare our measurements and information to what you have to be sure though.
