Pivot Shoe for Tilt Window

Question

Hello, I am trying to identify this part.  I have a plastic pivot shoe that is broken.  It appears to be 1 1/4" wide.  I am trying to locate a suitable replacement.  Unfortunately I have no idea who manufacturered the window.  Thank you very much.

Thanks for your post! This window pivot shoe is no longer made but the 15-046 Pivot Shoe should work as a suitable replacement. To confirm that this is the right fit, be sure to remove it and compare the dimensions below.

Should you find you need to replace the balances as well, please provide the stamp and I'll be happy to identify what you have.
