Pivot Shoe for my custom made D106813-Q0352 channel balance

I need to order 4 each Pivot Shoes for a custom balance order that I placed with SWISCO on 04/26/2018 . I believe that it might be 15-212 Pivot Shoe not sure.

Dimensions of original Pivot Shoe: 1 15/16 inches in height, 15/16 width and 3/8 thickness and open dimensions: 11/16 by 3/4

The non slotted Pivot Bar dimensions: 3 inches in length, 3/16 height, 5/16 width
