Pivot Shoe replacement - 2900 Silverline windows

Question

Can you help me identify the correct pivot shoe replacement for 2900 series Silverline windows.
Current shoe dimensions:
1-1/4" wide
1/2" thick
1-7/8" total height.
Mfg Rep identified this shoe as a 10-2911 but not sure they are correct.
Also, can you advise how to replace this shoe?

Hello! Take a look at the 15-046. This is 1/2" thick and 1-1/4" wide which are the important dimensions. The video below will demonstrate the removal using the cut-out method.
