Pivot Shoe replacement

"Hi, I need help identifying replacement pivot shoes for my double hung windows. The windows are stamped TRA-6-83. The shoes are completely deteriorated and crumbling but I can see the pivot cam is round with a square hole in the center (appears blue in color). The plastic housing around the cam has mostly disintegrated. There appear to be two shoes side by side at the bottom of the sash channel, mirrored left and right. The spiral balances are 17-17.5 inches long with green tips (Series 600). I am looking to replace both the pivot shoes and the spiral balances. I can provide photos if needed. Can you help me identify the correct part numbers?"

You'll need to confirm the exact length of the your balance tube to determine the correct replacement match. If it is 17", you'll need the S600-17. If you find that it is 17.5", please let me know. Be sure to double check that the balance diameter is 5/8" as well.

Since your balances have a green tip, I'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash. This balance is not available in that tip color.

Your pivot shoes look like they could be a match for the 15-015 Pivot Shoe. To determine if this will work for your repair, carefully review the dimensions and compare them.

If the dimensions aren't a match, I'll need to know the width and thickness of your shoes.
