Question

I have attached a photo of the pivot shoe. Here are the dimensions:
Pivot Shoe
2" long
1 1/4" wide
1/2 inch thick
Slot
7/16" long
1/4 " thick
Key in slot
+- 1/16 long and wide

Spiral Balance
29" long
3/8" diameter

I also need the part number of the proper tensioning tool

The charging tool for your tilt window would be our 75-006. The pivot lock shoe, meanwhile, resembles our 15-046. Normally this shoe is used with our 5/8" thick Series 600 tilt balance, not the 3/8" Series 900 balance. I recommend you double check just in case.
