Pivot Shoe and bar replace Harvey

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but you may have a version of the 15-177 pivot shoe. Take a look and see how the specifications below compare to your part removed from the window.

As for the pivot bar, we would need to see an intact version of the part removed from the other side of the sash or from an identical window to compare to our inventory. Unforutnately, we would not be able to replace the damaged part of the sash frame, which would be specific to the manufacturer.
