Pivot Shoe and tools part identification

Professional from Minnesota
The one I think I need your part number 15-046
On the one I have there is a number 550C
It is 1/2 deep 1 1/4" wide and 2 1/4" tall
the hole for the window Bar loos to have some wear on it the measures i come with for the hole is 11/32" wide 7/32" tall the small tap looks to be about 3/16" wide i did not measure how tall it is
But if i figure in some wear here i think part number 15-046 is the right one
if this is right I want to get a price on 50 each of them and how much is the Spreading tool ?
I want to be sure I get the right part before I order this made
Thank you
Steven

Thanks for writing in, Steven. If the measurements and dimensions of your pivot shoe match our 15-046, then you should be ok to go. The 15-046 pivot shoe happens to be popular in residential vinyl windows. I see you also mentioned our 75-069 jamb spreader. I recommend before purchasing it, check and see if the window manufacturer has made "cut out" slits to be able to remove the pivot shoes. Our 75-006 charging tool would also be helpful in removing and installing the Series 600 spiral balance in the pivot shoes. I have pulled some media guides on this page to offer additional support.
