Pivot Shoes

Question

I have ordered items from you before and aways got the right replacement. I ordered 10 Pivot Shoes, but they will not fit, (Order # 216439). I need to return them and get shoes that will fit in the balances and space I have in the windows. I have included pictures of one of the old shoes that I removed to assist in obtaining the proper replacement.

Can you assist?

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-236 T-lock shoe, but yours has an open(see through) metal cam which we do not carry. We cannot guarantee the 15-236 will function the same because of this.

If you are in need of an open cam style, you would need to replace the full balance with the Series 795 channel balance and replace the stock shoe with the 15-195B open cam T-lock shoe. The 15-195B shoe would not be compatible with the original metal channel. Please review and let me know if you have any questions!
