Pivot Shoes

Question

Can please help me identify the correct replacement for this pivot shoe? Note the screw. The dimensions are approx 2 in x.75 in x.5 in. Measurements are approximate because part is still installed. No observable cut outs. If you need the part removed and then measured to correctly identify, please let me know.
