I have Phillip windows single hung I ordered #26-378 3" did not work can you tell me what will?

Thanks for contacting us. I'm afraid we aren't able to ID your pivot bar while it's installed. We need to see an undamaged version removed from the window sash in order to narrow down your options. Let us know if that'd be possible!

If you could cross reference my windows are Phillip brand for a manufactured home MFRPHP-62. Series 710-T single hung

We aren't able to cross-reference this information to a particular pivot bar. The only way for us to narrow down your options is to see the undamaged pivot bar removed from the window sash.

I cant get a window out and the old pivot bar is broke off and very rusty can't get out

We have a video on how to remove rusted pivot bars which you're more than welcome to watch. We just can't offer a recommendation without seeing a reference of the original pivot bar. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
