Pivot bar

Hi -
I was wondering if you could help identify which pivot bar I would need as a replacement. It appears to be 3" long with holes for the screws at 1 5/16 inches and 2 5/16 inches.

I'm not sure what brand of window they are and can't find anything other than the second picture attached to help identify the window. It is a double hung style window.
