Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid this pivot bar isn't a style we're familiar with. Could you show us a photo of the pivot shoe? Seeing the cam the pivot bar goes into should help with our search. 

Thanks for the additional photos! After some digging, we found that your original pivot bar was discontinued but the manufacturer suggests the 26-125 as a replacement. Have a look at the specifications and see what you think.
