Pivot bar from unknown mfr single hung tilt in for cleaning window

I'm not sure the window manufacturer for my windows but I need to ID my pivot bars for replacement. I've attached a pic of an existing pivot bar and a picture of the only label I could find on the window. Thanks,

This looks like our 26-040, but with a bent end. I'm not sure if that bent end is important for your application. Can you confirm?
