Pivot bar left side

Question

My pivot bar has 2 hold down screws I ordered 2 time thinking you shipped the pivot bar with 1 hold down screw in error, your parts list shows you have the pivot bar with 2 hold down screws

Thanks for posting. I see you have previously ordered the 26-040, which does indeed come with one installation screw. I am not certain what you are saying. Are you saying the pivot bars you ordered lacked the fastener that should have come with? Do you need another fastener or are you unsure if the 26-040 is correct? Please send us photos of your old pivot bar if so. I should note that you only need to use one mounting hole for a pivot bar to work correctly with your window. Let me know if you have questions.
