Pivot bar replacement

Looking for a replacement sash pivot bar to fit your part 15-047. Appropriate size: 3" x 1/4" x 1/8".

I've actually never seen a pivot bar like this before. Could you use our 26-040? Look it over and let me know what you think. I can tell you that it's compatible with our 15-047, but that hole placement is the most important detail.
