We have a lot of pivot bars that may replace this, but yours is just a little too damaged to work with. Would you happen to have an undamaged version of this part that I can use as a reference?

There is nothing else to show. Both sides broke at the first hole. Are there replacements with this style end on it and same width?

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying. I'm not so much concerned about the length and width; the width for this style of pivot bar is pretty standard and the length doesn't matter, since there's functionally unlimited space available.

I'm mostly concerned about hole spacing. At this stage I don't know if there are other necessary holes keeping the pivot bar in place; more than one screw isn't always necessary, but I didn't want to guess.

Either way, my first suggestion based on the given photo would be the 26-378. Just eyeballing your front hole position I think it's the closest at 1-3/16", but you will have to measure that to be sure. Note that when measuring screw holes you want to go by the center of the hole, not its edges.
