Thanks for posting! We should be able to help, but I need more information. First, let's look at the tilt bar. Can you show me one that is undamaged, perhaps from the other side of the same window? Can you also tell me its width, thickness, and the distance between the hole that is used to the tip that slides into the balance shoe? Please tell me the dimensions, as it is hard to make out what they are with just a tape measurer held next to the part.

For the latch, please tell me the distance between the installation holes. make sure to measure them from the center of each hole, not the edges. Thanks!

Hello, sorry to say that is the best one available. Only 2 windows in the house that have these windows. Other window is missing both pivots. And the other side of the window is broken in half. That is the best one. From the first and last hole looks like 11/2". The thickness looks about 5/16" and about 1/4 to 5/16" wide. As far as the lock goes. That is the only one. I would have to go back and re measure the piece.

The tilt latch could be our 26-228 and 26-229, but you will need to confirm the measurements to be sure. As for the tilt bar, see our 26-089 for a possible match.
