What do you suggest for this one. It's 2-1/2" long.

I'm not sure which of our pivot bars will work, since nothing we have is exactly like yours, but I have a few ideas. I recommend looking at our 26-241 and 26-378 to start out. The better option between them will ultimately come down to dimensions.

I know you gave your overall length as 2-1/2", but that actually doesn't matter so much. What matters more is the hole positioning. Looking at the dimensions for each part I mentioned, you'll notice that each hole center position is measured from the front tip of the pivot bar. This is probably the most important detail to consider when buying new pivot bars since it determines how far out the pivot bar sticks from the window and, by relation, how the sash sits in the frame.

The 26-378 and 26-241 also differ in that they have different style front tips. That said, either style should work for you. Don't worry about that for now, just focus on the screw holes positions.

What you want to do is determine which screw hole on your pivot bar is used to install it into the sash. Then, look at the dimensions we show for each bar to find at least one hole that matches. Only one screw is needed for the pivot bar to install, so you only need one match the position where your old screw went.

Please let me know if you  h ave any questions.
