Looked everywhere, just need the inside part that slides into the housing, about 3 in long and 1/4 in wide. As long as it will Work and be an inexpensive fix.

I can't understand why Simonton window company would switch from a metal pivot bar to a nylon bar. The pivot bar takes a lot of pressure in holding the weight of the sash, in addition to when it twists when tilting in the sash. Since the nylon housing looks fine, we might be able to supply a metal tilt bar to go inside the housing. Before we recommend anything please give us dimensions showing the width and length of the nylon tilt bar that fits in the nylon housing.

We have a 3" pivot bar, 26-089, that can be cut down to 2-1/2" with a hacksaw like our 75-023. Could you make that work?

Great, I was hoping that could be an option. I'm happy you agree. Please let me know if you need anything else.
