Pivot bars for Simonton window

A handy person from North Aurora says:

I'm looking for two pivot bars for a simonton window installed in 2003. They appear to be just under 3 inches long and about 1/8 or 3/16" thick. I'm selling my house and closing is just over 3 weeks away.
