Pivot bottom thing on tilt window

Older Ashland? Window. The bottom thingy that acts as the brake doesn't travel with the window. See pics for measurements. About 1.25" tall. Is this repairable by handy homeowner?

Hello! The part you need is called a pivot shoe. This exact style isn't made anymore, but the good news is that our 15-177 can be used as a no-fuss alternative. This new style shoe will be fully compatible with all existing hardware.
