Hi there,
I purchased the 15-046 shoes based on your recommendation on what I needed. The size is perfect, however the circle inside that rotates to locking position is upside down for what I need. Do you have an alternative with that inverted or without the small notch?

Hey, Kim. I've never seen this pivot shoe with a cam that's upside down like yours. Are you sure your old one just isn't broken and sorta flopped to that position? Check the orientation of your pivot bar and see which way that faces. If it does require your cam to be upside down, then I recommend unscrewing your pivot bar and flipping that around so that it can work with the new style shoe.

Tom - Just wanted to send a quick update and HUGE thank you. I didn't know you can invert the bar (new to window repair) but that did the trick. 1 of 5 windows fixed today now that the weather cooperated. THANK you sooo much! You have a customer for life! Have a nice day. Stay safe from COVID.
