Pivot lock

Question

I need to replace the pivot locks on my windows. Attached are pictures. They measure 2 inches tall 1 1/4 inches wide and 1/2 inch deep. There are PAT# D467490 on the top of the pivot lock and #4810108 on the bottom of the pivot lock. Any help would be appreciated.
