Thanks for the photos. I recognize your pivot shoe was a shoe made by Unique Company that has gone out of business. We'd like for you to reconfirm your measurements, paying extra attention to the width. It should be 1-1/4". If the thickness of your part is 1/2", then you may be able to use our 15-046.
