Pivot lock replacement help

I don't know the brand, we purchased these 15-20 years ago.  Hoping the photos are enough to identify them.  Thanks.

Hello,

We can't say for sure with the part still installed but once you're able to remove your pivot shoe, compare it to our 15-177 and see how the width and thickness compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
