Pivot lock shoe

Question

Hi, I need a new pivot lock shoe for an older Patriot double hung vinyl window , please see picture. I didn't want to disturb window so I didn't remove part. I am hoping you could match from picture

This might be something like the 15-121 or 15-046. But without measuring the pivot shoe's width and thickness while it's removed from the window, I can't say for sure if either might be what you need. Compare and see what you think.
