Hi. The window sticker is labeled:

Serial#: 92-36249 - 03
The blue piece cannot be found. Thank you so much!

Thanks for your post! Your balance shoe can be replaced with the 15-015, 15-046, or the 15-047. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove your existing shoe and compare the dimensions for the width and thickness of the shoe. Their dimensions can be found directly on the website.
