Pivot lock shoe

Question

I am trying pick out the proper shoe ..on tag under the window it says .double hung window 4000. Then it says  1/2 which I assume that the size of the pivot shoe

I am not certain if that label has anything to do with what pivot shoe you need. The best thing to do is to remove the shoe and measure its width and thickness. If it's 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick, then the 15-046 is what you need.
