So I measured and it is a half inch thick and I do believe it's part number 15?188. Would you agree?

Thanks for posting! Your pivot shoe more so resembles our 15-177. To determine that this is the right replacement, you'll need to remove the shoe and carefully compare it to the dimensions below. This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil balance spring.
