Hello!

Thank you for contacting us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of the pivot bar? That will help us determine the best replacement option.

Great, thank you! This appears to be a Simonton brand pivot bar which tells me this is a Simonton window. If you want to replace the pivot shoe and coil balances, we recommend the 15-259 shoe and Series 159 coils. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar since your old one won't be compatible with the 15-259. We have a video below that will walk you through all the steps.

If you only want to replace the shoe, you could consider the 15-192 but you would have to shave the aligners off the front of the shoe so it can fit into the window track. You may also need to reuse the old pivot shoe's cam with the new shoe so that it's compatible with your existing pivot bar. Just note that modified parts cannot be returned for a refund. Our return policy can be found here

Please let us know if you have any questions!
