Pivot lock shoe

Question

I'm looking for a pivot lock shoe for a silver line window balance. It's approximately 1 1/4" x 2". Pictures are attached. Thank you.

It's hard to tell. The most important measurements are the width and thickness. You could have something like our 15-046, but I highly recommend removing yours from the window to confirm that it's the same size.
