Pivot lock shoe for tilt windows

A quick learner from Jamaica, New York Queens says:
I am looking for pivot lock shoes for 6 of my double hung titled vinyl windows. First I will like to know how do I get the pivot lock shoes out so I can properly measure them. I have reviewed your video where I see Mike replace the tilt window spiral balance, but did not see Mike take out the shoe. Can you show mea video on how to take the shoe out. I believe your part number 15-076 is the one I need, but I will like to be sure prior to ordering. Can someone help me out. I did send a picture yesterday of the spiral, but after looking more closely, the spirals are fine, but the pivot lock shoes are broken. I appreciate your response.
I have attached two picture of the shoes.
Thank You,

Joe

Check out our 15-046 and carefully compare its dimensions to your own hardware. You should take special note of the thickness and width. Also, see our video below to see how to replace this kind of hardware.
