I am thinking 15-046, but not 100% sure.

Thanks for posting. We don't currently have a replacement for this top sash guide, but we're working on something that may replace it. Please give us a little time as we have it made up for you and I'll let you know as soon as it's available.

Thanks again for waiting. Please see our 15-154. It is slightly more than 17/32" thick, but I think it will still work for you!
