Pivot lock shoe from PGT Vinyl Double Hung Window model DH22 or Series 15000

Hello,
I am trying to find a replacement for the pivot lock shoe, picture of the broken one attached.
Looks like 15-129, but I am no sure. Could you please suggest?

Hi Tom,
Thank you. The part was perfect fit and it worked great. The only issue I had is that a little black break puck was a bit thicker than in original PGT part, so a thing layer had to be taken out from it with a fine sandpaper.

I know this a very old thread, but just to confirm that I had the same thickness issues with my 2005-era Milgard double hung windows. I used a sharp knife to shave the two ridges highlighted here on the 15-210 part and then it works great in my window.
