I'm looking for replacement pivot lock shoes that match the photos. I need two to replace broken shoes. The windows are replacement vinyl and the only name I found on an old label is "Arrowhead". Any help in finding the correct shoes would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Steven. I believe this pivot shoe might be our 15-129, which is commonly seen with the type of balance I believe your window uses (our Series 770).
