Pivot lock shoe and coil

Question

Need replacement parts for double hung window.  Also, instructions on how to replace.  What additional information is needed?

Thanks for writing in! I believe the shoe you have is the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe but be sure to compare the measurements to confirm.

These are compatible with the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance; attached using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coils to determine the coil weight strength. If yours do not have the stamps/markings, please see the tutorial (tagged below) for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option.

You'll need to reuse the existing covers, if possible. If you can't, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All three snap together to create the support. You'll need each of them for all of the coils.
