Pivot lock shoes falling out

Home Owner from Versailles Ky
My Norandex windows (Prism?), double hung, have tilt to clean. 12 yrs old. The "shoes" have begun falling off the coil. Repair guy says I need to order new shoes, that mine are breaking. I need shoes for fixing 3 windows total, and must include the 7/8" cylinde.
Also the plastic "stop" that fits inside the top window's track has crumbled - I need to replace those on 3 windows as well.
I don't know how the "shoes" get reattached to the coil.. but I assume I don't need to worry about that? Or do I need new coils too?
Thanks for helping me figure out what I need to order.

Thanks for posting. This is a Simonton Pivot Shoe and Coil Balance system that, unfortunately, is no longer made. Fortunately you should be able to replace it with the sturdier 15-259 Pivot Shoe; however this will indeed require you to replace the coil springs also with our Series 159 springs. We have a video that takes you through the process. See below, and let me know if you have any questions.
