Please see attached pictures. The side pivot pieces on both sides are broken as well as the sash clip on the right side top.

Thanks for your post! This window balance looks like it may be the discontinued Simonton coil balance assembly.

To replace it, we suggest using the 15-259 Coil Balance Shoe. You'll also need to replace the pivot bar with the 26-083. Carefully review the video tutorial below for a detailed explanation on the conversion. Their dimensions can be reviewed on the website.

There is also a video tutorial, tagged below this thread, with instructions for how to select the correct Series 159 Coil Balance for the replacement assemblies.

The window latch can likely be replaced with the 26-244A Tilt Window Latch. To confirm, be sure to review and compare the specifications below.

The left handed latch is the 26-243A.
