Hello,

We haven't been unable to locate an exact replacement for your part but we do have our 26-150 cam pivots that work with your balance system. The width is 7/16", so it should fit on your sash and the locking cam comes out 1/2". These cams are compatible with the 15-014 balance knife shoe. Thank you!
