Hello,
Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-177 but we would need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thank you very much for your speedy reply.
Corrosion is making it difficult to remove pivot bar. Is there some kind of solution that may help? After removal I will try to determine specific dimensions.
At this point, I beleive I will need to replace the assembly(pivot bar, shoe, and coil balance) on both sides.

I would recommend starting with our 26-226 pivot bar and see if the specifications on our product page could work for you.
