Pivot rod for single hung window sash

A home owner from Cumming, GA says:
I purchased replacement sashes from MI windows and they came with a different type of pivot rods than the one in the attachment. Can you help me in identifying the right part?

We don't sell this exact pivot bar, but in my experience you can use a straight version like our 26-040. The offset in yours doesn't really come into play. As long as the hole placement is the same then it should work well.
