Can you help me identify this shoe or a suitable substitute...
I believe that some type of metal bracket is required on the top in order to hold the end of the spiral balance.
The window that this came off of does not have a " tackle channel balance system ".
Please investigate further with your resources and let me know what you find out.
Thanks again for your continuing assistance.
Kindest regards.

Don't know if this is helpful, but I also took a picture of the window tag... meant to send it yesterday as well.
Hoping to hear from someone sooner if possible. I have a customer waiting on this information and follow up order.

Hello,
We've used the 15-129 pivot shoe to replace similar window hardware to yours in the past. Keep in mind that the height of the pivot shoe is not as important as the width and thickness. Review the specifications below and see what you think. Thanks for posting.

Could not wait for answer, so I already ordered the 15-188 and received it over the weekend. 1/2" wide, not 9/16". Fingers crossed, I think it will work.
Will post a follow up after I try and install everything that came to let you all know.
Thanks.

Keep in mind that the 15-188 also has a different style metal cam than your original pivot shoe, which could prevent the pivot bar from installing properly.

Thanks Paul, I was able to get everything installed today. The pivot shoes that I ordered worked fine. I think the wider (9/16") ones would have been a problem. Thanks for your continuing support.
