Pivot shoe.

Question

I ordered pivot shoes to replace the broken ones in my windows. The first two pictures are of the broken one. The third picture is what zi bought to replace it. Im not sure if it is the right one. We are having issues getting the window back in. Im assuming its not the right one.

Yes, you are correct. The shoe you've purchased is not the correct replacement match for the original shoe. You'll need the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe for the repair.

This is used along with the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 screw. Your existing coils are likely compatible, but be sure to double check.
